On a full-size keyboard the shortcut is the “0” key on the numeric keypad. On my PowerBook, it is the same, but I have to use the “fn” key to get to the numeric keypad. So, in my case, fn + M (M being the 0 on the numeric keypad) does the trick.

I guess, depending on how many short-cut keys you used, you could leave the Number Lock on and eliminate having to hold down the “fn” key.

    Enjoy,

Thanks, I figured it out yesterday. I found that “fn” key on the keyboard and looked closely and saw a little 7 on the same key as the 6, and then it all fell into place. I’m teaching an AE class and I have a student who uses a laptop, and I’ve never worked on AE on a laptop, or ever really used a Powerbook before, so when he asked me “where is the numeric 0 on my keyboard” I got stuck.

The worst part was that I had a student before who had the same problem like two years ago, and I went through the same laborious task of figuring this out.

I guess I gotta buy a Macbook. There are worse excuses.
