  How to preview just the work area in AE7?

  I am having a king of a anoying problem with preview in AE 7, i want just to preview the time specified in the work area instead of this, AE seven makes a preview of the entire timeline, how can get a preview just from the time in the work area not the entire timeline?

  Thanks for the post, but i belive that i solved the problem just unchecking the “from current time” option box on the time controls
