  I’m an AE Noobie… No idea what im doing (NEED HELP)

  I’m working on a Mission Impossible themed project and i had an idea for a title to make in AE of a burning 3d wick to explode text using the shatter effect and i got the text shatter effect working fine but i have no idea how to make the 3d burning wick and no idea where to get something like that or how. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I’m currently using AE 7 Pro.

  I would start out by reading/watching the COW’s AE tutorials.
