    Greetings,

I am fairly new to After Effects and have started on my first “home” project. I am looking for a way to create realistic 3D text that I can animate in 3D space and fly through with a camera. I’ve seen the Boris 3D tutorial, but was hoping for something that would make the text actually live in 3D space and not appear 3D on a 2D layer. I have seen Panopticum AnimaText 3D plugin and it looks fairly close to what I want. I’ve also looked at Zaxwerks Invigorator Classic which seems to be much more versatile, but basically costs about three times as much.

I’ve tried checking out the tutorials and have found references to many other plugins, but I wanted some input before actually laying down some money for the software. Any info you have to offer would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jacob
