is there any benefit to shooting on a greenscreen outdoors using natural sunlight to light both the background and subject? i’ve been told there was, but i’d like to hear some more opinions. i’ll be shooting on a dvx, and the ultimate aim for the keyed footage will be compositing it into footage shot at night…not sure if that’ll make any difference. thanks for the help.

You do not want to shoot the talent in the daytime and composite them into a night scene. So shooting indoors would help you a lot.
