  When I first got into the industry several decades ago, I learned that the people at the top got there with the help of the people who were there first. We all need help when we’re at the bottom of the ladder, and at a certain point we’re high up enough to turn around and help the folks behind us.

  Besides, it’s good mojo, and it’s fun to watch the light bulbs go on!
