Render and RAM preview slow problem
Hi, this is my first time writing in here beacuse so far you always has answered my issues to someone else. However this time I couldn’t found something that helps me.
My problema is that I built my own PC for video editing and 3D animation.
In the 3D aspects so far so good, but for some reason when is about after effects it’s seems something is wrong.
I have and “old” Asus g74sx whitch work faster in render and ram preview than my new PC in After Effects. This is just going me insane!!My build PC have the next components:
GraphicCard: Asus Strix GTX 980
Processor: Intel i7 5820K 3.30GHz
RAM: 32 Gb (DDR4)
HardDrive: SSD 480 GB + HDD 4TB
PowerSupply: Coinstar AX860
Motherboard: MSI 99X Raider
OS: Windows 10 (64-bits)
Adobe: CC 2015I mean… it looks better for me than my old laptop. Did I made something wrong combining this components or something about my drivers? So far I’ve tried this:
-I re-installed my CS6 after effects to see if was the typical CC 2015 issuses but both works slow.
-I also enable CUDA with the “change the read file” trick.
-Updated my Graphic card drivers.
-Off curse raised up all in AE preferencesSomething curious is that it doesnt matter if I preview in Full Resolution or in quarters the speed is basicaly the same.
Does anybody can help me?
