  alpha a58 video issurs

  I have a Sony alpha a58 and this is my first dslr and I just want to know what the best video quality setting is. Their is avchd along with 50i, 25p and all this other stuff I don’t understand .

  When i play thee avchd files on the ‘apparently’ highest setting the video quality is rubbish

  Please can someone tell me what the best export and import settings are for avchd on premier pro cs6
