  DXA-SLR Pro Troubleshoot

  If anyone is using the Beachtek DXA-SLR Pro on their 5D Mark III I really need your help. I cannot get the audio to work…at all. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? Customer support doesn’t exist and there are NO videos or forums online that are helping.

  Odd that you would say that “Customer Support doesn’t exist”. That is what I do 12 hours a day, every day, for the past 15 years! Have you ever tried calling or emailing us? Emailing is the best way to reach us.
