  I would suggest searching for something like “Flying 3D Ribbons Tutorial”. That should get you there.

  Yeah, that might be some 3D involved, so maybe C4D or Maya or whatever you want to use. If all else fails, the closest you can get to making that without 3D might be trapcode particular, but again, depends on you…
