I have a shoot coming up that may be shot in a camper or RV. I don’t have much of a lighting kit together yet, so I’m hoping to use some available daylight (overcast light) coming in through the windows. Needless to say, I’m worried this will not be enough, so I was hoping to bring in some artificial light as a key light. I don’t have the time to get a kit before this shoot, so I am looking at throw together a quick setup just for this one shoot. However, I’m worried about mixing artificial light with daylight because of the difference in color temperature…I don’t have time yet to buy lights with gels to change the color temperature, but I was wondering about “daylight” balanced bulbs you see at the hardware store? I’ve searched and searched and can’t seem to find much on this topic…are “daylight” balanced bulbs REALLY daylight balanced to where they would not be noticeable in the final video? What are your thoughts and/or experiences with this?
