  • SDHC card- what class to get?

    Hi all,

Have been trying to read up on the SDHC card information that is out there- one thing remains unclear to me.. does it really matter in the world of DSLR HD video shooting (1080/24fps is my preferred format) whether you get a class 6 or class 10 card?

I have both. I haven’t noticed any difference although my longest shot was about 8 minutes.

All of my cards are Transcend. I haven’t had any issue but I immediately get everything off the cards and onto a hard drive. I’m super paranoid about it.

I have only class 6 cards and had no problems until now with my T2i. With 1080p 25fps you can record up to about 12min per file (4GB) and that works for me.
