  DSLR for project

  Hey all,

  My friend and I are interested in doing several projects of eating at different restaurants, basically like Man v. Food. We do not have much equipment, I am using my Canon T2i to shoot, I have a good tripod with a fluid head, I have a lav to hook up to the talent, and Final Cut Studio for editing and that is basically it. Any suggestions on how to do it on the cheap and equipment we can buy? Are these questions suited for another forum?! Thanks in advance for your help and feedback.

  I would add a Zoom H4n to the mix – you will need to slate or clap your shots, but you can capture pro audio where you can’t with the T2i. It runs about $300.
