  corrupt 1D file not converting?

  I have a 1D file from a recent shoot that is getting hung up during the conversion process via MPEG Streamclip. The file plays completely fine in H264, and will even play via Viewer in FCP. However, when trying to convert to ProRes or XDCam in streamclip it jams. I have also tried compressor and same issue. Is there a workaround or solution for this? Thoughts?
