    great monitor…I really like the ability to show false color for getting exposure correct.

    Another monitor in this category that I’d check out and its a cheaper (in fact their doing a crazy bundle right now with batteries etc) is the Small HD DP1. Excellent monitor as well

    I’m pretty close to buying a Small HD kit, but I’m wondering what others think about the Manhattan LCD field monitors. Any takers?

    haven’t seen one in the wild but have heard great things about them. Just not a huge fan of the gigantic bezel

    Hi Nels,
    The Manhattan, Ikan, etc are OK for reference, framing, focus, etc, but don’t expect much color precision.
    And for mobility, make sure sure that is not bigger than 7″.

    I have a smallHD monitor and can highly recommend it! The service and support is excellent too.

    In fact, I’m thinking of getting a second one for client viewing.
