  Media size not showing

  I have a producer logging catalogs remotely. She provides me with the video files via FTP and then I “Attach Media”. Everything works fine, except the Media Size does not display.

  Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

  That’s odd, Attach Media seems not to set the file size and modification date. We’ll try to fix that in the next update. In the meantime, Reanalyse Media (after attaching the new media) might sort you out.
