  Background is locked to forground when applying Qualifier to a moving clip

  Hi all, I hope someone can help me! I have a problem with Resolve.

  The background is locked to the foreground when applying the Qualifier to a moving clip. I have provided two clips in a youtube video to illustrate this.

  You can see in the first clip how the background moves. The second clip does not have this issue, because there is no movement in the clip.

  I need the background to stay the same while the foreground is moving.
