I am still raw with DR but I was wondering is there away to do a batch renaming of clips. Example on my vacation I visited London and Spain. In London and outside of London I have shots of the city, the Palace and train station. So for the Palace I would like to name it Palace-01, next shot Palace_02 _03 etc. Is this possible or I just have to go through the whole process to rename clips manually? I did use smart bins to place all my London shots together. That worked out pretty good.

Renaming clips at the file level is an absolute no no once editing has started. If you wish to rename there are plenty of batch renamers out there but once you start to edit, do not change file names.

Not the file names the clip names.
