Editing preview window and audio in timeline
Hello I just purchase a refurbished MacBook suped up I downloaded The DaVinci Resolve 15.3.1 on the Mac I then began to start the editing process by putting the audio in my timeline and putting a media frame into the preview window to start my clipping as soon as I press play on the audio so I can start matching the clipping frame with the audio as soon as I press the preview window with my mouse the audio in the timeline cuts off

How does the laptop rate in terms of the Blackmagic Configuration Guide? The hardware specs for Resolve are pretty steep, but it depends on the specific formats you’re using, particularly the video files. Given really heavy-duty hardware, you can edit damn near anything (up to and including 8K Raw files), but laptops are often iffy.
