  Can’t connect to Database using the project server software

  I am new to Davinci Resolve 15 and i was trying to make a joined project server but every time i try to connect it fails and gives me this error message:

  [0x000008e8] | DbCommon2 | ERROR | 2018-09-10 14:25:24,952 | Cannot connect to database testserver10.0.0.120! could not connect to server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060)
  Is the server running on host “10.0.0.120” and accepting
  TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
  QPSQL: Unable to connect

  the system I am trying to connect to is running Windows 7 Enterprise and the other Machine is running Windows 10 pro both machines are tricked out workstations so performance shouldn’t be an issue.

  I believe Resolve 15 requires Windows 10 according to all the Configuration documents.
