  ability to capture beta sp tapes from a deck with resolve 14 or any resolve version?

  am i wrong to find a version to be able to capture beta sp tape footage to upgrade to HD or i know im crazy but just for experiment re capture from beta sp tapes to 4K DCI footage using a decklink 4K card
