Don’t run Resolve 14 Lite on Windows 10
One of the files this plug-in needs cannot be found, please reinstall or contact technical support for assistance [0xC1] (attempting to load iZInsight.dll or C:Program FilesSteinbergVstPluginsiZInsight.dll)
How to fix it?

Is the .dll in the folder? Perhaps the plugins are not in the default folder. You can change or add VST folders in Resolve if plugins are missing.
But why do you say not to install resolve 14 on Win 10? Is there something other than a missing plugin?

In my case resolve 14 installs but when opening its stops where its looking for the panel. It just says that it wont install because there is a problem but wont say what problem.

iZinsight I believe is part of the iZotope plug-ins for the meters they have. De-install that whole package and see what happens.
Plug-ins are always dicey — I’ve seen some that bring down Pro Tools as well. In some cases, it’s a question of which version of program & plug-in and operating system all happily work together. Drivers can be a big issue, too.
