  Resolve ACES and Fusion color management – Slog3 issue

  Does anyone have issues with Resolve and Fusion connect workflow under ACES-Slog3?

  We currently working on a project with ACEScc workflow. The source is Sgamut3 / Slog3, so we set IDT is Slog3 and ODT as No color transform. We made a fusion connect clip with EXR (no compression) in resolve timeline and send to fusion, it looks like Slog3 in fusion. However, when we drag the fusion clip (which created automatically) and lay it in the resolve timeline and tried to A and B, and the result is different. The EXR file made by fusion clip is not Slog3, nor Linear.

  Then we decide to just export the EXR, instead of making fusion clip. And everything works fin.

  Wondering is there any color transform behind the fusion clip that we need to notice?
  Does anyone has same experience and what the proper workflow for Resolve and Fusion workflow under ACES?
