Am I doing something wrong with raw files?
I just got a Black Magic Pocket and I recently recorded some sample shots under RAW format with film dynamic range. My problem is that when I import the clips to Davinvi Resolve, the clips are running ”too smooth”. Like it looks flat and nice but I feel like something is missing and I expected the clips to be having a hard time playing back at full res unless I used proxies. In addition, I’ve had difficult times playing back 1080p AVCHD files but these raw files are playing back just fine and that worries me.
Can anyone tell me if I’m doing something wrong?
Also I’m just using a pc laptop with 16gb of ram and a i7-6700hq and I’m recorded with the recommonded extreme pro sd cards.

Look at the files in the Media Page and check to see what the file attributes are. If they’re the original files in the original place, then there’s no problem. It’s possible you’re seeing optimized files, and the path location and file type should tell you that.
