Apologies if this has been answered, but is there a way to type in a specific timecode of a source without having the panels? I’ve been using the program to online some pieces the past week and I’m absolutely loving it. Definitely pulling me away from clunky old Smoke. Just curious if this is possible because it’s starting to get on my nerves a bit.

    Thanks!

I use a USB numeric keypad to type direct timecodes. My keyboard doesn’t have a numeric keypad but if yours does then click on the timecode display on the left of the timeline in the edit page and type the number.

Thanks for the info, but what about a source in the viewer? A clip that is not in the timeline?

Yes, if you hit command-1 (on Mac) to highlight the Source window, you can then hit the keystrokes for the desired timecode, press enter, and you’ll go to that timecode number for the Source clip.
