Encoding with ProRes leaves hazy screen effect
I am editing an animation demo for a potential full feature fan movie.
Rendering individual frames into Quicktime animation codec gives the high quality look I am after.
However, converting the huge .mov-file into the industry standard ProRes-codec, I am faced with a hazy screen effect. I seem to be able to keep crisp detail, but I obviously do not want the hazy effect (lower picture).
I am no engineer and just want to go about rendering my 3D movie in safe and tested method.
Having asked around the above method was the suggested best workflow, but it isn’t quite working is it?
