  Resolve can’t find files

  When I export out of PP 6 as a FCP XML Resolve says it can’t find the files and asks if I want to search. I export to my desktop or to the file that has the project but get the same problem. How do I get my XML into Resolve?

  Two things to consider. Can you navigate to the media directory within the Resolve browser, and when you arrive there, does it see any media? And if it doesn’t, do the source files have .mov, etc. suffixes?

  I think I got it. Had to set the scratch disks first. Thanks for your help! This is my first attempt at Resolve.
