  Change default naming Precompose after effects

  Hello,

  Is there a way to change the default name that AE generates when you precomp some layers.Defaults name is Pre-comp 1.

  I like to change it to “Pre_”

  Thanks for the quick response. That I knew… but i don’t feel like change the name to the way i like to name them.

  The default is always Pre-comp 1. I like to change that to my custom default every time i precompose layers.
