  Logo reveal animation

  Hi all,

  I Am trying to tackle this project but don’t know any other way to do it other then manually.

  So in this intro a lot (100) of social media icons are going to randomly appear in different positions of the screen.

  After they’ve all appeared they will start to snap into place of a logo forming a logo.

  Does anyone know of a simple way to do this?

  Do it backwards. Position them all such that they form the final logo. Create position/scale/rotation/whatever keyframes at the end of the comp. Go back to the beginning and spread them out.

  I’d make a control layer with a slider on it. Create one logo use the wiggle expression on it’s position, but with 0 wiggles per second and the amount linked to the slider. Duplicate that a bunch of times, alt-drag new things into replace the duplicated ones to get a variety of logos. Then put them all where you want and keyframe the slider.

  You could do it with Element 3D if you’ve got that. Put all the logos on different planes (simple object) as a texture in the same group, use the logo as the path for the emitter and animate the random displacement.
