  Resetting Video Scopes window position?

  I’m not sure exactly what the hell I did, but somehow I managed to push the titlebar and option-popup menu on my Video Scopes window off of the edge of my screen, and I can see no way to reset the window to fit the screen again. I can no longer access the Scopes options because of this.

  Short of doing a global thermonuclear preferences reset, is there a trick to getting the titlebar back onto the screen?
