I’ve been doing a lot of roto work within the same AE composition. It’s 4k footage scaled down into a 2k composition.

I have 32GB of RAM, 4GB on graphics card, 3.5GHz Intel Core i7 processor and 3TB on fusion drive.

Everything has been decent but now everytime i go frame to frame it’s very slow like a minute or so to show the image when editing the roto brush mask, etc.

Any tips on how i can speed anything up? I don’t know much about the cache settings but is this something that should be emptied or deleted from time to time in preferences?
