  Advice on delivering AfterEffects Training

  Hi there,

  Ive been asked to deliver 3 days After Effects training, to a company made up of sports journalists, who have some editing experience, but not much motion graphics.
  I have a few weeks to prepare, can anyone advise me on approaches to structuring the training, any good resources I should be looking at?
  Anyone had any experience of doing a similar thing?
  I know there are plenty of courses/ books out there already, but I only have 3 days to deliver the training, so need to tailor it quite carefully.
