  Turn off embedded Audio?

  Hi,

  I am beginning to work with an Avid Media Composer exported AAF. The AAF is linked to the AMA media from the Avid project. Certain video files have embedded audio, which I’d like to turn off so I may use a single stereo audio file for reference. I’ve searched the manual without luck. Has anyone been able to deactivate embedded audio only, yet allow the import and syncing of another stereo audio file?

  Doesnt resolve disable the embedded audio automatically when using a chase track?

  Yes, you are right. Some of the design of version 9 was different, but I figured it out. Embedded audio does deactivate automatically when chase track is activated.
