    Hi there, guys

Might have missed something along the way, but hope someone could help. My workflow has been to do primary and corrective secondaries in CLIP nodes – and then use the TRACK to rough in a look. (Yes. which was the AppleCOLOR FX track to Primary Out workflow)…

Once I get approval from client I’d want to move the nodes from the TRACK and append it to the nodes of each clip to do fine-tuning and final adjustments of the look per clip. But I can’t seem to find a way to copy / drag from the TRACK to the CLIP channel at all…

Grabbing a still I can access the TRACK or CLIP but can’t move it across. Displaying Node Graph and dragging is no good since it is only applicable to the CLIP to begin with. Any advice?

    Here’s a work around.

Save the still of the track grade.

Go to the shot you want to apply it to in clip mode. Make a new version.

Right click the still, then show node graph.

Manually add the nodes by dragging them to the node graph of your clip.

Delete the nodes that were there before you added the ones from the still.

Save a still from your grade.

Now you can append this grade/still to every shot in the timeline.

    Yiy! That does it!
    Thnx

I got stuck before not realizing you can grab a still and access its TRACK node graph if you are in TRACK mode when you grab it – thought you could only access it’s CLIP node tree… But even though both CLIP and TRACK is stored in the still you can only see in the node graph whatever was selected by the time you grabbed the still.

Is it not possible–I know this is a really old thread–to just create another version, and then make fine adjustments to that without disturbing the track grade?
