  Avid MC color Trackball cleaning

  Ok, I appear to have made a mistake! My trackball wheels felt a little grimy, so I simply washed them with dish soap. Now they are not smooth on the surface at all.

  How do I lubricate them, or otherwise to make them smooth again.
