Hi everybody. I may have been doing some rookie mistake, I just cannot figure it out even by playing with mask modes.

I have a very short sequence, around 50 frames, where I am trying to rotoscope a few elements. They are all very blurry and there’s barely any contrast so I went the old way as rotobrush just kept selecting the whole frame.

So I am masking one big element, than I’d like to mask and animate some more small elements inside the former, but the layer beneath just won’t show.

    Here’s a pic:

As you see I’d just like to have Mask 2 (the small circle one) also showing the layer beneath. That’s pretty much it. Any idea where I am wrong?

    Thanks for the help!
