  • Resolve on Win – Render – Source Directory Preserve Level not working

Posted by Alexander Falk on May 14, 2012 at 12:41 pm

    Hi there,

when rendering on windows the option “source directory preserve level” is not working.
When set to “0” it is rendering files into destination directory, when set to “1” or more it is not rendering because it is trying to add the full input path to destination directory (which is not working!). e.g.: E:MediaOutputE:MediaInputFile-Structure

    any clues?

Getting same thing on PC. Works fine on Mac.
    Looks like a bug.

    Regards
    Gary

If this is a bug, has it been fixed? I’m using Resolve 12.3.2.008 Lite on Windows. I have the same problem.

It works for me. I was incorrectly setting the level to 0 because I assumed that meant “copy all levels beginning at the top,” but the transcode failed (it didn’t start). When I set the value to 1, it works.
