I don’t think Resolve supports jpeg frames as a sequence, have you tried to convert the sequence into a quicktime file?

    Thank You
I must re-learn how to use google as I spent good few hours trying to find the supported file format list.
Funny thing is that compressed targa shows up as sequence but will not display properly. Maybe uncompressed works. I just use would love to use jpeg as 3 ch Matte, oh well back to hated QT.

    Thank You

I totally agree on the need of JPG sequences as matte inputs.
Thats kinda mandatory for VFX work.
Also the selection of a channel to use as matte.
3D people love to render out a 3 color JPG sequence.
    And I love 3D people 🙂

You can already do that – it’s been there for a while since V8 or V8.1 – can’t remember.
