  bug: Resolve freeze with AVCHD clip

  I know that Resolve doesn’t support AVCHD video natively, but I added such a clip by accident into the media pool. If you then (still in the Browse tab) try to play the clip Resolve completely freezes to the point where I have to Force Quit it.

  I would really like if AVCHD would be supported natively, but at least it shouldn’t lock up.

  Furthermore, I noticed in the release notes of 8.2 beta3 that the Canon C300 codec is now supported natively. I had hoped that I could also import Canon XF300 native clips now, since as far as I know they record the same codec. However XF300 clips don’t even show up in the browser…

  My configuration:
  Mac Pro 3.1, 8GB RAM
  NVidia GTX285
  Resolve 8.2beta3 (Full version)
