  Windows bug? (corrupt Phantom decode)

  New so there may be some user error but:

  Windows decoding of Phantom (HD gold tested but I could look at flex if needed) files produces corupt frames and black frames.

  The same files decode fine on a MAC.

  Is there a place to report problems.

  PS my test windows machine is a Z800, 12 cores, Nvidia 5000. I checked the Mac decode on a recent 17″laptop
