Hi, I just start using DaVinci Resolve 8 and when start the program put this message: “The display GPU is being used for image processing. Depending on your system configuration, this may result in sub-optimal performance. For maximum performance we recommend that your systen uses a specification from the configuration guide”.

Make a correction with several video format, Sony XDCAM EX 1080 24 , and uncompressed h264 from canon 5D – 7D. everything looks fine. But, when a send to render in apple pro ress hq or any other, all the final files have artifacts, This is my mac pro configuration

    MacPro ver. 3,1
    2008
    2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    OS X 10.6.8
    14 gb ram
    Nvidia quadro 4000 2 Gb

Have a older ATI Radeon HD 4870 512 Mgb (not installed)

I need install other stuff or is the fact I don’t use a Raid system right now, I buy one in a few weeks.

    THANKS

    Hi Jose,

Could you post an example (just a screenshot or exported frame) of the corruption you are seeing?

    Regards,
    Rohit

Are you using the Lite version or the full version?

If you are using the full version, can you please make sure the Resolve dongle is securely plugged into the Mac Pro.

    Regards,
    Rohit
