  Cant activate editing

  I am new to Davinci Resolve software and i am trying to enable the editing feature.
  Ive read the manual but that did not help. The enable ditng button does not show.

  How can enable editing ?

  Hope someone can help.

  Using Davinci v 7.1

  You probably need to upgrade to Resolve V 8.0.1 to use the newer more advanced editing features. V7 has more limited editing and is mostly used with EDL’s.

  I cant upgrade now to V 8 but would like to know how I can replace a single clip on V7

  Let say I worked correcting a 2 minute corporate and saved the project and 3 days later the client request that one of the clips needs to be changed.

  How can I replace that single clip only ?
