Locate to a TC
Posted by Jonathon Lee on July 28, 2011 at 11:31 pmIs there a way to locate to an exact timecode via numeric entry? I think I’m missing something really obvious… I’d like to directly enter a TC locate point in the conform and color pages… the same way one might in FCP or MC.
thanks!
Jonathon

July 29, 2011 at 3:18 pmSome of the features you find on the original DaVinci panel render the software into a professional grading station.
You are not only paying for outstanding hardware quality, but also for additional features like this one.
The price is steep and I personally cant afford it but I am always happy when the house I am freelancing for can.
It makes the whole process much more enjoyable, fast and looks much much more professional. But I agree, at least I should be able to type it in manually below the viewer window, yes.

June 25, 2012 at 4:36 pmThis is a little late, but does anyone know if the JLCooper Eclipse CX Midnight panel allows locating to a timecode? It has the feature on the panel itself, but I am unsure if it is supported in Resolve.
Thanks,
