  Moving power windows

  Hi there,

  I am a little puzzled how the power windows move along.
  When I drag one with the mouse, it moves very fast and agile, but the grading is not updated until I let go of the mouse.
  When I move it with the panel, it stutters but it updates the grading.
  Thats normal I guess ?
