This may be a rookie mistake as I rarely use After Effects but I have rendered a 3200 frame 3D animation at 25 FPS which should make 2mins 8 seconds of animation. I know this is correct as my preview video exported from my 3D graphics programme is 2 mins and 8 seconds.

When I import the JPG sequence into AE it is suddenly 1min 46secs long…How am I 22 seconds short? I have the entire 3200 frames, I checked. This happens whether I match the comp frame rate at 25FPS 50FPS or change it to 30FPS or 60FPS. It makes no difference!

Would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas?
