  tangent support??

  Has anyone here dealt with tangent support? Walter?
  This am I am sad to say my wave is dead.
  I sent sn email to support@tangent… So far no indication they even got the request? I fear that I will need to sent it to England and back etc which would mean week or so down. Do they have any support on this side of the pond?
  There isn’t any secret squirrel key sequence I can hold down to reset the board is there? No light next to USB port either.

  LOL Guess I was too quick. Just got a very nice response and a local exchange is possible! Brilliant. Very nice guys.

  Yeah tangenet’s support was very good when my panel went down. Very good customer service and they had a replacement in my hands in less than 2 days.
