    hi all!

next week i will have a session to evaluate the right camera for a movie planned. i got the material succesfully into DAVinci (for now splitted into two EDLs for logC and RED.Raw).

now i am encountering my first problem. certain clips are copied various times into the sequence for testing-reasons (try out different levels of Zooms), but as soon as i zoom the first clip of the three similiar ones, the two others are zoomed as well!

how can i turn off this behaviour? i want to zoom the second to 200% and the third shot to 400%.

    any help appreciated 🙂

You have to turn off linked option i.e. red box in the timeline.

Go to the timeline and select those shots with +shift (hold down shift the same time you click on thumbnails)and make batch copy or batch unlink.

    Now you have them separate.

If you do batch unlink you also have to make new node to each shot.

    Hope this helps

You can also create a new grade version for the shot you need zoomed.
