  Any idea how can i make this effect?

  Can anyone please tell me how can i make these transitions/effects from 8 second to 19sec?

  and from 1:32 to 1:36 the underwater diving effect is it possible to make it with after effects, any good tutorial?

  These are morphs. Check out RE:Vision Effects RE:Flex [link].

  It looks to me like a combination of footage and synthetic bubbles (produced by a particle system like CC Particle World or Particular), with some keyframed motion and a heavy dose of motion blur to cover the flaws.
