  Hello everyone, Excuse my mistakes as it is my first post.

  and where can i download it?

  Why do you assume it’s a template? That could have been easily made in an edit system with the composite work done later.

  If you are looking for inexpensive templates, I would suggest Pond5 or Video Hive.
