  Trouble with motion tracking

  Look at this video and skip to 0:54 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5xd-J3hE48 Do you see the text over the guys heads? Not even a single frame lags and its like its stampled over their head. On the other side with me, my motion tracking does not even track after the guys heads in my video (fighting scene). It does not look good and the text moves and does not stay over the guys head. How i do it. New solid – I left click on my video and choose track motion – I choose where i wanna track – I press the play button at the tracker (when it does not wanna track where i pointed) – Then i press apply – i choose the X and Y option – And hit okay. Please somebody help me. Is there a advanced motion tracking? How do i do like this guy-
